The Building Blocks of Fiction – Write Stories that Resonate
As a writer, you’ve always had stories swirling around in your head. But when you put pen to paper, they don’t always come out the way you imagined. Sometimes you wonder if you’ll ever write a story with characters that connect with readers or develop compelling plots.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to write stories that come alive. You’ll be reintroduced to story essentials in new and exciting ways. Through constructive feedback, you’ll get help creating believable characters, unique worlds, and meaningful scenes.
You’ll receive expert instruction on crafting short stories and novels that reflect your imagination, tackle complex topics, and inspire readers. But most importantly, you’ll leave class confident in your abilities and be closer to getting your work published.
Introducing
The Building Blocks of Fiction: Write Stories That Resonate
This 6-week course will help you rethink plot, character, setting, and theme so you can write fuller, richer, and more engaging stories.
Instead of getting the standard advice on how these topics operate, you’ll learn why the interconnection of these elements is the secret to writing unforgettable fiction so you can reach the next level in your writing.
When you join this class, you’ll:
- Learn insider tips and techniques from a published author who’ll respectfully challenge you to grow as a writer.
- Learn how to use fundamental craft topics from published works in your own writing.
- Identify your unique strengths and writing style to craft fiction that will emotionally resonate with readers.
- Receive productive feedback in a supportive environment.
- Learn how to transform your initial drafts into finished stories so you can get published.
At the end of this course, you’ll know how to use the building blocks of fiction to create stories that resonate with both readers and editors alike.
